TCB’s Basics Workshop develops these skills through practical exercises in idea generation, active listening, and teamwork. Participants learn to embrace failure as part of iteration, build trust through good-faith collaboration, share ideas freely, and challenge their assumptions – allowing collective creativity to shape the outcome.
